Wreck It Wednesday: Full Body Workout

Alright folks! For our last Wednesday Workout of the month, we have a doozy for you! We’re going to change things up a bit, because up until now, the April workouts have all been rep-based. And today, we’re going to do a timed circuit workout, which is best done with a buddy, so grab one and let’s get started!

Wreck It Wednesday: Full Body Circuit Workout

Each Round has two different exercises. If you’re working out with a buddy, one of you can do an exercise while you’re buddy does the other. Then switch. Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest.

4 Rounds (8 Minutes)

  • TRX Single Arm Row (alternate arms and keep your core tight)
  • Squat Jumps (beginners can do bodyweight squats)

3 Rounds (6 Minutes)

3 Rounds  (6 Minutes)


  • Buddy Burpees (up to 7)
    • For this one, do a burpee, then your buddy does a burpee. Do two burbees, buddy does two, all the way up to 7, and then back down to one!
