Today, we have an excellent workout to tone your arms and burn fat! This workout will be great for you whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or an experienced bodybuilder! When working arms, the things we want to think about are weight, repetitions, and rest time. In order to build muscle and tone up, it’s great for these smaller muscles to increase the volume/repetitions of each set. However, this DOES NOT mean that you should be doing light weight. Remember: it should be a challenge to finish the set. If you complete 15 repetitions easily, then scratch the set, increase the weight, and do it again! Your rest time between each set should be 60-90 seconds. I like to keep a 1 minute timer set on my phone and hit it after each set so I don’t drift off and waste recovery time. Enjoy!
