Tone with Tabata: Quick Lower Body Workout

December is a busy month for everyone. It’s filled with holiday activities: shopping, parties, and travel. With such a crazy schedule, it’s important to make time to exercise, even if it’s just a 30 minute workout.

One of my favorite quick workouts is creating a tabata. Tabatas are a form of high intensity interval training where you complete short bursts of high intensity exercise (20 seconds) followed by a recovery period (10 seconds). These are perfect for pushing your limits and staying motivated. Plus, they’re ONLY a total of 4 minutes long! Not bad!
