Parenting is a full-time gig, yet these supermoms know how to fit in a workout. Meet five of our members who have embarked on inspirational #MyAnytimeStory journeys to live healthier and keep up with their kids. Here are their stories!

Jessica C. from Weirton, WV

I knew it was time when: “I couldn’t catch my breath climbing the stairs or chasing my kids.”

“I’ve never been on the fit side and two years ago I had twins. I started my own business after that to help myself and others get healthy. I started losing weight but kept falling off the wagon from stress. A few months ago I decided it was time to join at Anytime and get it together. I’ve been going everyday and I feel amazing. I have a long way to go to get to my goal, but I already have more energy, determination, and I’m already starting to feel the difference in my body!”

Leslie D. from Silverton, OR

I knew it was time when: “I realized my stress eating brought me to the heaviest weight I had ever been.”

Leslie at the gym

“As a mother of 3 young children, working more than 50 hours a week, I had every excuse not to exercise. The chronic stress caused insomnia, daily tension headaches, and fatigue. I knew something had to change. I needed an outlet that didn’t involve overeating. I found a bootcamp at my local Anytime Fitness. Classes met at 5:30am 3 times a week so I was able to fit it into my schedule. The camaraderie I found was exhilarating and inspiring. I was paired with another working mother and we meet every morning, setting new goals for ourselves as we achieve them. We ran our first 10K together after 3 months… and now my headaches are gone!”

Brooklyn H. from Lenoir, NC

I knew it was time when: “I reached 300 lbs and was a single mom of a little girl that I couldn’t play with.”

Brooklyn Before and After

“I have always been overweight even though I played sports year round, so to finally see the weight coming off is so amazing. I have been working my butt off at the gym. As of today I have lost 115lbs. I started out weighing 300lbs and as of today I am down to 185. I still have 58lbs to go but I know if I keep up my hard work and with the help of my gym family anything is possible. The weight loss I have had has helped my health tremendously.”

Sara V. from Nebraska City, NE

I knew it was time when: “I saw my three boys and realized I wasn’t the mother they deserved.”

Sara Before and After (1)

“Over the past year and a half I have lost 68lbs. But more than that, I ran my first mile, my first 5k, and am currently training for my first half marathon. The best part, though, is that I can be the mom my kids deserve. The kind that runs and plays with them. That has the energy to do more than just sit on the couch.”

Rachel G. from Batesville, IN

I knew it was time when: “I didn’t have any energy. I was at an unhealthy weight. I didn’t love myself.”

Rachel with Family (1)

“In November 2014, I decided it was the time to make a change. I was miserable and had no energy. I started out with walking, zumba, and dance videos. I did a high protein low carb diet. I dropped weight pretty quickly by eliminating junk food and pop, drank nothing but water. I eat clean and exercise daily. I started Anytime Fitness at the end of June. I love it, the atmosphere is awesome and the staff have become such great friends, they always greet you when you walk in, it’s very welcoming!:) In less than a year, I have dropped 142 lbs and dropped 11 pants sizes. Anything is possible with hard work and dedication! I have tons of energy now.”
