February is just around the corner, so let’s keep the momentum going with a brand new beginner’s workout!

Beginner Back and Legs Workout
Description: This beginner workout will work your core, legs, back, and shoulders.
Time: 15-20 minutes
Instructions: Each set of exercises will be done together. Take a 30-second break, and then repeat the set. Do each set two times before moving on to the next one.
- Set 1: 12 Bench Push-ups + 15 Sumo High Pull
- Set 2: 12 Plank up downs + Pick-ups – both of these exercises are from the #AFit15 Fit test.
- Set 3: Suitcase Deadlift + Supermans
- Set 4: 10 Windmill Skaters + 1 minute Bridges – windmill skaters can also be found on the #AFit15 Fit test.
