Rainy days have a tendency to turn the most active people into undeniably sluggish, sweatpants-wearing couch potatoes. So, to avoid this transformation, and kickstart your fitness, we’ve got a core body workout that’ll leave you showered in strength and feeling like a champion. Keep in mind, this workout can be done in the gym or at home!

Rainy Day Core Workout

Complete each task before moving on to the next.

Warm Up

Jammin’ Plank

  • Pick your favorite song and perform a plank throughout its entire play-time.
  • Hold a plank for 10 seconds, resting for 1, and repeat! If you feel your form slipping, come down to your knees.

Lift & Crunch

Do each exercise back-to-back four times. Give yourself 30 seconds of rest in between sets.

HardCORE

Do each exercise in the following order 3 times. Rest when needed.
