April is just around the corner, which means we have just enough time to give an extra push for summer!
I’m a big fan of working out the larger muscle groups in full-body workouts. But sometimes it’s great to squeeze in a quickie and focus on just those beach muscles. So if you’re ready for a quick, all-arm workout, try this one!
15-Minute Arm Circuit
Description: For this workout, we are going to do four rounds. The first round will be 20 reps, then 15, 10, and 10. No breaks. Push through, and you should finish in 15 minutes. If you do not finish in 15 minutes, just do as much as you can in that time!
Time: 15 minutes
- Tricep Pushups
- TRX Bicep Curls
- TRX Reverse Tricep Extensions
- Alternating Dumbbell Hammer Curls
- Ball Slams
