Power Workout Playlist: Perfect Mix For Lifting

Creating the perfect playlist is essential for staying energized during a workout. I listen to hip hop while lifting weights, but different exercises can warrant new playlists depending on the type of movement. This weight lifting playlist is made from sheer testosterone and dudity* so if you’re looking for pure dude POWER – this is the playlist for YOU!

Note: I like to begin with some instrumental tracks and go straight into some driving rap music. I added 3 songs at the end that are really great to stretch to and finish the workout with a peaceful mindset. Enjoy!
