The Mockingjay is a beautiful creature that cries out dazzling melodies in a constant search of finding its own voice. Never leaving a note unsung, the Mockingjay refuses to be silenced in its search for harmony. Embodied by Katniss Everdeen in the Hunger Games, the Mockingjay becomes the face of the Rebellion in a sea of determined souls simply wanting better for themselves and refusing to take “no” for an answer.
The tune to be carried today on our way to harmonious health comes in the form of a circuit workout. What are we rebelling against? The phrase “I’ll get back to my workouts on Monday, I swear…” and the subconscious hope that change will happen without much action. The call to action is now and it’s time to get in top notch shape for the revolution!
