This month is all about helping you (and your friends and family) get to a healthier place! All month long, Anytime Fitness clubs around the nation are bringing you FREE Workout Saturday! Everyone is welcome!

This month, we’re challenging you to grab a friend (member or non-member) and register for the Saturday workouts! As with most months, we have a pre-planned calendar template that’s perfect for the beginner to intermediate fitness enthusiast. But if you’re looking to create your own workout schedule, we’ve also got a blank printable for you!
