How to Make Water a Whole Lot More Interesting

infused water

Truth time: I don’t like water. At all. People laugh and shake their head when I say this, but it’s true and I’m not trying to be dramatic. Water is so bland that it tastes bad. Still, I know it’s good for me—heck, essential—so I’m always trying to find new ways to get myself to drink more. Flavor is a good route, but packaged, processed options aren’t always the best for us. But natural flavoring? Thumbs up.

You may feel the same, or simply drink so much water (good job!) that the repetition gets old. Either way, infusing water is a nice option. Learn more from Trainer Jane, sending tips your way from the Anytime Fitness corporate kitchen.

Ways to Boost Your Water’s Flavor

  1. Fruit
  2. Vegetables
  3. Herbs
  4. Or all three!

Tip: Let the infused water sit in the fridge for a couple hours before drinking, to get the most flavor.
