Truth time: I don’t like water. At all. People laugh and shake their head when I say this, but it’s true and I’m not trying to be dramatic. Water is so bland that it tastes bad. Still, I know it’s good for me—heck, essential—so I’m always trying to find new ways to get myself to drink more water. Flavor is a good route, but packaged, processed options aren’t always the best for us. But natural flavoring? Thumbs up.

Ways to Boost Flavor So You Want to Drink More Water

Consider adding any of the following:

  1. Fruit
  2. Vegetables
  3. Herbs
  4. Or all three!

Tip: Let the infused water sit in the fridge for a couple hours before drinking, to get the most flavor.
