If you’re looking for a quick and intense workout… you’ve found your match. So let’s kickstart the new year with a full-body workout challenge! Kickstart ’14 encompasses cardio, lower and upper body strength, and core exercises that’ll help you get back into the fitness groove. Enough gibber jabber. On to the workout!

Kickstart 14 Challenge
