Kick Butt with this World Cup Workout

The four year wait is over! The World Cup is here!

The World Cup has kicked off with some of the world’s greatest athletes competing in one of the most physically demanding sports. It’s an exciting time for everyone because the poorest countries in the world can compete with the richest and anyone can win. The athletes on each team are in incredible shape from sprinting across the field throughout the match – this kind of endurance is hard to build, but with this workout, you’ll feel like an international fútbol star!

This circuit workout combines resistance, cardio, speed, agility, and power. It’s eight minutes of straight drills, plyometrics, and core and leg exercises. Then you repeat that three more times to really push your body to the limit. Game on!
