This year the ladies are showing up at the Grammy’s, taking a lot of nominations. With ladies like BeyonceMeghan Trainor, and Iggy making their way up to the front of the pack, we’ve just got to give them a little shout out to living the healthy life. Today our workout is inspired by theses amazing ladies. I mean, who can forget last year’s Beyonce and Jay-z’s performance? Not this girl.

This full-body circuit will help you get a booty like Izzy, arms like Katie, legs like Taylor, a core like Jesse J, and the over all ‘tone-age’ of the Queen Bey!

Equipment Needed: 5-10lb dumbbells, exercise bands, mat, and bench.

Warm-up

  • Move Your Body (repeat twice) or 8-minutes on cardio machine of choice.
