We encouraged you to #BurnTheTurkey and find more time to move in November. Keep that concept going in your own way this December! Many months are about maintaining your weight and fitness level, not making drastic strides. And that’s fine! Just know it’s going to be even harder when you have some holiday fun.

This is a beginner workout calendar for those who are starting to build their activity level. If you’re more experienced, you can add time to the workout guidelines below. And if you’re working toward a specific goal, or with a trainer, use the blank calendar to devise a plan that’s more specific to you!

Note: “Active Rest” means you’re still moving. Tackle life responsibilities knowing you’re burning calories!
