Sure, there are more productive ways to spend time than binge-watching five episodes of “House of Cards” in one afternoon, but unlimited access to an entire season and the lure of Kevin Spacey is incredibly strong, and sometimes you just need a little (or a lot!) R&R. That’s OK. Where we get ourselves into big trouble is when our binging habits extend beyond the TV to our waistlines.
