Anytime Fitness Staff Favorites – Healthy Snacks

The corporate staff at Anytime Fitness HQ loves their healthy snacks. We’re lucky enough to have two full-size kitchens to keep food fresh. Here are some of the corporate staff’s go-to snacks that are easy to take to work, healthy, and most of all, delicious!

1. Rice Cakes


Brown rice cakes topped with Justin’s Vanilla Almond Butter are a sweet and salty snack and a great way to get a serving of whole grains and healthy fats!

2. Peanut Butter


Trista is known for keeping a jar of peanut butter in her desk at all time! Her favorite way to eat it is with sliced apples.

3. Protein Energy Balls


Protein energy balls are a delicious treat and jam-packed with fiber and protein. Chuck enjoys these protein balls. They are a great on-the-go snack and can be easily frozen for later!

4. Berries and Cottage Cheese


Cottage cheese with berries is an easy low-fat snack that is packed with protein and antioxidants. Try it with a drizzle of honey or agave nectar for some extra sweetness!

5. Hummus and Pretzels


Andy is a pretzels and hummus guy. Pretzels are a low-fat option, and hummus is a great way to get some extra fiber and protein!

6.  Skinny Pop Popcorn


Jess’s go to snack is skinny pop popcorn! At 39 calories a cup, this gluten-free snack is portable, crunchy, and a whole grain!

7. Beef Jerky


Beef jerky is a high protein and low-carb snack that will help cure your savory fix! Ben’s go-to flavor is Organic Teriyaki by 365!
