‘All About That Bass’ Bodyweight Workout

Most everyone has heard the tune ‘All About That Bass’ by Meghan Trainor as it has hit the top of charts and plays non-stop on the radio. And just like in the tune, we’d like to bring your booty back! This workout will focus on legs and glutes and only takes 33 minutes to complete. Just make sure to download some bootylicious songs to go along with your workout!

All About That Bass Bodyweight Workout

Time: 33 minutes

Difficulty: Easy – Moderate

Directions: Complete 50 seconds of each exercise and rest 10 seconds before moving on to the next. Complete the entire workout 3 times.
