Pack Your Gym Bag

The key to a quick beauty routine, is to have your essentials within reach. That means packing your gym with these essentials:

Minute 1:00 – Skin

Find yourself a good hydrating lotion as you’re sure to be sweating during your workout. Plus with colder weather approaching, a good skin product becomes essential. Give your face a quick wash and finish with 1-2 pumps of your favorite face lotion.

Quick tip: Aim for organic products if possible since ingredients in lotion are absorbed into your skin. Look for that USDA seal of approval when shopping for hydrating lotion products.

Minute 2:00: Face & Eyes

Create a flawless face in a flash with a lightweight foundation like the pressed powder made by Bare Minerals. Quick and easy to apply while providing a good amount of coverage. They even offer a matte finish, if you tend to be a shiny girl!

If you only have 5 minutes post workout, mascara is a go-to look. Make yours eyes pop by using a volumizing and lengthening mascara. No other eye products necessary, especially if you’re in a rush!

Minute 3:00-4:00: Hair

Smooth down fly-aways with wet or dry hair by applying a dime size amount of Moroccan oil. Even this small amount will keep hair healthy and soft, making it easier to style in a time crunch. If you didn’t get too sweaty, work with what you got. Otherwise, we recommend throwing your hair up in a quick, cute pony.

Minute 5:00: Body

Don’t forget to top off your post workout look with the smell of freshness. Make sure to spritz some body spray and don’t forget to reapply your deodorant. Your friends are sure to appreciate this trick!
