Alright Anytime Fitness Squad, atten-HUT! It’s time to kick up the workout intensity as you muscle through this basic training bootcamp. Self discipline, mental grit, and physical abilities will be tested in this military influenced workout, designed for our advanced fitness friends. All you need is your body, workout space, and some energy to forward march to the beat of this bootcamp drum!

Basic Training Workout

Warm-up: 1 mile jog

Complete each post as instructed, rest no longer than 60 seconds in between each, and give it all you’ve got!

1st Post: 30 seconds of push-ups alternated with 30 seconds of mountain climbers for 3 minutes followed by jumping rope for 1 minute.

60 second break

2nd Post: 30 seconds frog jumps alternated with 30 seconds of bicycle crunches for 2 minutes followed by 50 jumping jacks and 15 burpees.

60 second break

3rd Post: 30 second plank alternated with 30 seconds of pick pockets for 3 minutes followed by 15 lunge jumps on each leg.

60 second break

4th Post: 30 seconds of hanging knee raises alternated with 30 seconds of push-ups for 2 minutes followed by 1 minute of bear crawling.

Cool down: 1 mile jog
