- Floor Space
Warm up – Treadmill, elliptical, or jump rope for 5 minutes
Do each exercise for 45 seconds with a 30 second break.

- Dumbbell squat to shoulder press
- TRX Rows
- BOSU Burpees
- Punch with Dumbbells
- “Macarena” Plank
- TRX Rollouts

Cool Down: 5 Minutes Stretching

For a more advanced workout, shorten the rest time between each exercise. Want to get an extra burn? Add a second or third round! Each round added equates to roughly 10 extra minutes, so plan accordingly!
