Warm up: Cardio – 5 minutes (your choice of machine)
- 20 Crunches
- 20 Dumbbell Side Bends (per side)
- 20 Cable Lat Pulldowns
- 20 Bench Pushups
- 20 Stability Ball Biceps Curls
- 20 Stability Ball Back Extensions
- 20 Dumbbell Rear Shoulder Raises
- 20 Walking Lunges (per leg)
- 1:00 Plank
Cool down: 5 minutes stretching
