Picture this: You make a resolution to be more active this year, so you get a gym membership and are ready to work out. You walk into your local AF club, unsure where to begin. So you hop on a treadmill for 15 minutes, and then try a few machines with no real plan. You get distracted by your phone, and then leave because you have a ton of other stuff to do today.

We get it. You’re busy and don’t have time to plan workouts, or maybe you’re new to this whole gym thing. But we don’t want you to give up. So, we are taking the burden off you! Here’s a full-month beginner workout calendar that’s designed to be simple and easy-to-use. Feel free to move the days around to suit your busy life! Below the calendar are workouts that you can easily plug in to the calendar.

You can always craft your own workout in the workout planner on Anytime Health. It’s quite easy. Go to the Workout Planner and create your first workout by filling out the information in the left sidebar.

Then pick out 5-10 exercises for your daily workout in the focus of the day. See that wasn’t so hard. And now you have a plan to conquer the club!
