Happy Move Year: Take Our 31-Day Challenge

We all lead busy lives. Instead of making your life even more complicated, why not set a New Year’s Resolution that’s dead-simple? That’s the idea behind the #MoveYear2013 31-Day Challenge.

The Challenge

We challenge you to MOVE each-and-every day of January. That doesn’t necessarily mean you need be in the gym for 31 consecutive days (who has time for that?). It does mean that you make a conscious effort to be move every day. That’s all. Simple, right?

How to Participate

Are you ready to MOVE in 2013? Use the calendar below to guide your daily moves in January. Snap a photo of yourself every day that captures the theme words, and post it on Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest using the hashtag: #MoveYear2013. We’ll share some of our favorite pics to provide you with some encouragement along the way.
