Skinny Jeans Workout: 30 Minutes to Hot Legs

If you have been coveting skinny jeans for a while, it’s time to get your butt into gear. This 30 minute workout will effectively tone your abs, butt, and legs so you can rock those skinny jeans on your next date or family outing. Before you know it you’ll have leaner (and stronger) legs for your skinny jeans! Let’s get started.

Warm Up: 20 minute jog on the treadmill.

  1. Bicycle Crunches: These will effectively tone your side abdominal muscles (obliques) which will help give you a flat tummy.

  2. Body Weight Squats: A body weight exercise that strengthens and builds muscle in your hamstrings, glutes, thighs, and hips, while engaging your entire body.

  3. Jump Lunges: A lower body exercise that will help tone your quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, glutes, and abs, all while increasing your heart rate and cardiovascular system.

  4. Mountain Climbers: A polymeric movement that activates your abdominal muscles, upper-body muscles, and lower-body muscles, strengthening your cardiovascular system.

  5. Frog Jumps: Another plyometric movement that targets your thighs, strengthening them while burning calories.

  6. Skater Lunges: An exercise that targets your glutes, legs, hips, and core, while increasing your heart rate and toning your muscles.

Repeat these 6 exercises 3 times to tone your tummy, butt and legs.
