If you have passed a certain gym machine and thought about trying it, well it’s now on your to-do list! This month it’s time to figure out how to use that machine and gain some new muscles.

Personal Mission

Has someone ever asked you, “{insert name}, who are you?” And instanly you are in this awkward, philsophical conversation that ends with you telling the person what you do for a living. But this month, we’ll change that.

Your task is to, write your personal mission statement, something that explains who you are and what you believe. Then the next time you’re at a party and someone asks you the odd questions, you’ll have a definitive answer!

Join The Photo-A-Day Challenge

Did you know that over 53% of mobile phone users have smartphones? And you know what comes with your smartphone? A camera. Join us this month as we tap the right side of our brains by rolling up our sleeves and taking one photo everyday and sharing on Instagram and Twitter!

Starting today, October 1st, take one photo a day everyday. Tailor your photo to the above list of words and don’t forget to hashtag #afphotoaday on Instagram or Twitter. If you don’t have an instagram account, don’t worry, you can always join with your Android or iPhone or watch online as all the fun images roll in.
