Don’t You Wish?

Don’t you wish…

You really could blame McDonald’s for your weight gain.

You could gain muscle without working out.

Diet pills truly were the cure for obesity.

There were no holidays, or if there were holidays they had nothing to do with food.

A workout only had to be three minutes.

Apples were fattening and pizza was low calorie.

You would not open a magazine and see incredibly skinny models that make you feel like crap. Men and Women both!

The media would tell you about the obesity epidemic without selling you a quick weight loss product.

You would win the lottery.

Doughnuts were banned from offices and anyone who brings them in would get a minimum five years in prison.

You could post your weight as what you would weigh on the moon.

People could lose weight for you…

Well, keep wishing on those!

How about instead…

You make smart choices, have courage, be happy with a .2 pound loss, show confidence, add some sort of fitness, make time for workouts, know you will struggle, understand you will fall but will also have the strength to get back up.

That is how I lost over 200 pounds.

Make those a reality. Not the wishes.

What is an unrealistic (but true) wish you want?
